This startup agency did not have a refined, clear-cut branding in place when we started working together. Their target audience was not yet fully defined, no clear messaging, and no structured branding strategy.
From the meaning of the brand name “central link between things” combined with the story of their brand, we came up with ideas on how to create their brand strategy and visual identity.
Their goal is to connect with their target audience, make collaborations with clients and other service providers easier, and to generate potential partnerships with other agencies.
Together we identified their target market and refined their identity that will help them become an established brand.
A set of questions was sent to the client for us to have a better understanding of how the brand came to be – how they started the brand, how they came up with the name, what makes them different, and other questions to reveal their identity.
We also researched about their target market to discover how we can align them with the client’s values, messaging, and the overall strategy.
A draft of the branding guidelines and a customer avatar were created next to visualize the brand’s direction.
All the processes mentioned above helped us see how Nexus can stand out in a crowded marketplace and make their target audience see why they should be the preference in the market.
